Shelton, Connecticut, professional Judi Scofield has served as the chief financial officer and vice president of New Castle Hotels & Resorts for the past four years. Her professional experience goes back to the 1980s, when she was a business advisory and audit practice professional with Arthur Andersen & Co. Judi Scofield engaged with a wide range of companies, providing consulting services to small businesses as well as large, multinational corporations.
In 1989, Ms. Scofield took a position as a manager and the director of administration with the same firm. She was responsible for interim financial forecasts and for managing the Stamford, Connecticut, office’s capital and operating budget. In 1993, Ms. Scofield joined New Castle Hotels, an audit client, while she was with Arthur Andersen. In her current position, she has operational leadership responsibilities and conducts financial analyses and planning. Judi Scofield holds a bachelor’s degree from the Storrs campus of the University of Connecticut School of Business. She is active in her community and supports the Appalachia Service Project as a volunteer.
